{"id":3036,"date":"2017-10-29T15:08:16","date_gmt":"2017-10-29T22:08:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cleaningsantacruz.com\/?p=3036"},"modified":"2017-12-03T15:40:50","modified_gmt":"2017-12-03T22:40:50","slug":"halloween-makeover","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.cleaningsantacruz.com\/?p=3036","title":{"rendered":"Halloween Makeover"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #381111;\">There were several factors that lead to me agreeing to perform this solid color makeover.\u00a0 It was a full wash, and a partial stain.\u00a0 We stained all the flooring, the top piece of the rail, and too many accents boards to name.\u00a0 I ensured the client that I would tie everything together symmetrically.\u00a0 The goal was to find that balance between investing the right amount into this 30 year old deck.\u00a0 We used a Flood Product that we purchased from King&#8217;s Paint &amp;
